I have 66.7GB of 120GB free on a MacBook Pro, and I still get told there is not enough free disk space. Even with a hard requirement of 15% free space (18GB), that leaves 48.7GB of space that's somehow 'not enough' for a 15.5GB app. This is a.bug. in the App Store.
